Purchase of 5-Axis CNC sliding head machine<\/h3>\n

In order to expand Ambros Huber's manufacturing spectrum, a state-of-the-art CNC long turning automatic machine type A20 was purchased from Citizen in the area of machining production.<\/p>\n

To enable fully automated production, the machine has been equipped with a bar feeder capable of handling lengths of up to 3.2 meters. It allows for the machining of materials with a diameter of up to 20mm. Additionally, the necessary machinery for optimal post-treatment, such as component cleaning and rotofinishing, is available.<\/p>\n

Ambros Huber has been successfully employing insert moulding technology in plastic component manufacturing for over 40 years. Small turned parts with a diameter under 20mm are often required in this field. Customers in this segment can now be served optimally. The seamless connection from turned part to the finished injection-moulded component is now fully guaranteed.<\/p>\n
