Vertical injection molding machine with rotary table: Engel 500V\/100 rotary<\/h3>\n

For a new project, AH has expanded its machine park with a new Engel vertical injection molding machine with a round plate. This machine injects from above (vertically). There are two identical mold halves (ejector side) on the round plate, so the other half can be equipped with inserts parallel to the injection molding process. In combination with the rotary plate principle, this creates the prerequisite for an optimized workflow and thus for shorter cycle times. In the current case, a turned part manufactured by AH is inserted manually. The reason for this is that at the moment the quantities are still too small for insertion by means of robots. However, if required, it can be switched to fully automatic operation at any time.<\/p>\n
